What format are the photos in?
All Mission Field Images photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Mission Field Images and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

How will I receive my photos once I've purchased them?
A download link will be sent to you in an email once your payment is processed. You will also be able to log into your account and click on "My Orders" on the left-hand side of the site to access your orders and download there. You have 15 days to download your purchased photos from the site.

How long does it take to download my photos once I have purchased them?
Your photos will be available once your credit cart or Paypal purchase is verified, usually within 1-2 minutes. You will be able to log into your account and access your purchased photos for download for 15 days from the purchase date.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Mission Field Images photos that I download?
Yes. While Mission Field Images offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

Do you offer subscriptions?
No, not currently. Our rates per photo are a great value.
